Our 30-Day Return Window

You're welcome to return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  •       Unworn and unwashed
  •       In their original condition, with all tags still attached
  •       Free from odours, stains, or signs of use

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy — just email us at info@harlowandperth.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to process refunds for items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Sale Items & Final Sale

Items purchased on sale or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us was soon as possible after delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. No return shipping cost to you.

 

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges, but we make it simple: return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer.
