Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 6–10 business days for addresses across Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive within the lower end of this timeframe.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier volumes or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with full tracking included. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@harlowandperth.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Delays & Disruptions
While we always aim for smooth, timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to peak postal periods, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please don't hesitate to reach out. We always do our best to keep your delivery on track. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. While we do our best to accommodate cancellations within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the processing stage.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
