Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.

Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us.

Payments
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. All payments are securely processed and protected.

Currency 

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For New Zealand customers, your card will be charged in AUD and your bank or payment provider will convert to NZD at the applicable exchange rate.

Harlow & Perth is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees.

Limitation of Liability
Harlow & Perth is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Australian and New Zealand consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
